Mary Jo Taylor, 87, of Morenci, Mich., died June 13, 2020, at her home.
She was born June 28, 1932, in Wauseon, Ohio, to George W. and Gladys M. (Smith) Zeigler. She was a 1950 graduate of Morenci High School.
Mary worked for Fayette Tubular Products for 27 years. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, canning, and making potato salad and fleece blankets for her family. Her family and those she touched will always remember Mary's great faith in the Lord.
Mary is survived by eight children, Gloria (and Danny) Bollinger, Michael (and Robyn) Taylor, Terry (and Geoff) Koglin, Jimmy Taylor, Doris (and Gene) Hagerman, Steve Taylor, Tammy Taylor, and Randy Taylor; 20 grandchildren; 53 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jeanette Dewey and Marilyn Morales; and a brother, Galen Zeigler.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Robert Zeigler; a sister, Beulah DeMeritt; a son-in-law, Dwaine Chandler; and a daughter-in-law, Catherine Taylor.
Visitation is planned from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 18, at Eagle-Marry Funeral Home in Morenci. Funeral services will be private, with Rev. William Van Valkenburg officiating.
