Robert G. Mohr, 84, of Green Bay, Wis., died April 25, 2019.
Bob was born Aug. 13, 1934, in Prattville, Mich., to Creo and Velma Mohr. After graduating from Waldron High School in 1952, Bob was drafted into the Army. He served in Korea in 1955-56 with Company B-6 Tank BN. The “Old Glory Honor Flight” flew Bob to Washington, D.C., in September 2016.
On Sept. 29, 1957, Bob married Glenna (Tudy) Waterbury. They spent 33 years living in Morenci, Mich., where they raised their two children, Scott and Tina. After that, they spent their summers in Homer, Mich., at Lighthouse Village, and wintered in Mesa, Ariz. They moved to Green Bay in 2014 to be closer to their daughter.
Bob’s faith and trust in Jesus Christ were evident to others throughout his life.
Bob is survived by his son, Scott (and Darla); a grandson, Micah; a great-grandson, Jaxson Robert Mohr; his daughter, Tina (and Pastor Steve) Sauer and their children, Sarah, Alyssa, Brian, Laura (and Joshua) Schroeder, and Casey (and Tyler) Masters; a brother, Dean (and Carol) and their sons Jeff (and Susan) and Steve Mohr.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Tudy; and his sister, Elaine Eagle.
Services were April 29 at Messiah Lutheran Church in Green Bay. His son-in-law, Pastor Stephen Sauer, presided over the service.
