Kevin was born July 28, 1965, in Morenci, Mich., the son of Ola (Lester) and the late Monte Bradley.
After graduating from Gorham Fayette High School in 1983, he enlisted as a member of the United States Army. He was deployed to Texas and later Germany before his honorable discharge in 1985. He spent much of his working career as a carpenter in the area, working many years as a union carpenter before eventually becoming self-employed.
Kevin’s passion was the outdoors, and he loved spending free time hunting or fishing. He enjoyed watching football and was an avid fan of the Redskins and Lions. He also was a fan of Detroit Tigers baseball.
Kevin is survived by his mother and step-father, Ola and Dick Vine of Fayette; daughter, Taryn (and Raul) Delariva of South Carolina; a sister, Shirley (and Richard) Guise of Wauseon, Ohio; and two nieces, Megan and Morgan Guise of Wauseon.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by both his maternal and paternal grandparents.
A memorial service is planned at 2 p.m. Sept. 23 at the Fayette Christian Church-Disciples, with Pastor Gene Sugg officiating. Military rites performed by the Fulton County Honor Guard will conclude the service and a fellowship dinner in the church hall will follow. He will be laid to rest in the Pleasant View Union Cemetery in Fayette. Visitation is scheduled at 1 p.m., preceding the service.
Arrangements are being handled by the Eagle Funeral Home in Fayette.
Memorial contributions are suggested to his family, who will designate a future memorial gift in his honor.
