Jody Lynn Cutler, 53, of Adrian, Mich., died Jan. 7, 2017, at the home of her son, under the care of her family and Hospice of Lenawee, as the result of cancer.
She was born Feb. 13, 1963, in Morenci, Mich., to Gerald and Suzanne (Vaughn) Cutler. They survive.
Jody lived her early life in the Morenci area and graduated from Adrian High School in 1981. She was employed with IAC in Wauseon, Ohio, where she served as a quality technician for more than 17 years. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting, and belonged to the Adrian congregation of Jehovah’s Witness.
In addition to her parents, Gerald (and Liz) Cutler of Uvalde, Texas, and Suzanne Cutler of Adrian, she is survived by her children, Ronric (and Tabitha) Russell of Adrian, Rorric (and Jessica) Russell of Adrian, Elizabeth (and Joshua) Namyslowski of Morenci, Gwen (and Matt) McCarbery of Morenci, and Glen Michael Iffland of Alaska; a sister, JoLinda Cutler of Adrian; two brothers, Ricky (and Michelle) Cutler of Adrian and Randy Cutler of Sturgis, Mich.; and her nine grandchildren, McKenzie, Madison, Tyler, Aden, Nevaha, Ethan, Isaiah, Shiloh and Hunter.
Jody was preceded in death by both her paternal and maternal grandparents and a granddaughter in infancy, Hannah.
Funeral services are scheduled at 3 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 12, at Eagle Funeral Home in Morenci, with Ed Stanecki officiating. Cremation will follow. Visitation is planned from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday preceding the service at the funeral home.
