Alicia Cole and Ryan Ziesmer, both of Dundee, Mich., were united in marriage Sept. 14, 2013, at St. John Lutheran Church in Dundee by Rev. Lewis Carlson.
Megan Cunningham, friend of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Claire Ziesmer, sister-in-law of the groom; Megan Declercq and Shauna Blagg, friends of the bride; Jamie Allshouse, sister-in-law of the bride; and Karla Ziesmer, cousin of the groom.
Jason Ziesmer, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Christopher Scheich, Corey Goethe, Derek Jorgensen and Billy Hayes, all friends of the groom; and Ben Allshouse, brother of the bride.
Alicia is the daughter of Wesley and Gwen Cole of Dundee, formerly of Morenci, and the granddaughter of Levern and Donna Armstrong of Onsted, Mich. and the late Arden Cole of Morenci. She is a graduate of Dundee High School and earned an associate’s degree in diagnostic medical sonography from Jackson Community College. She is employed as a sonographer at Oakwood Heritage Hospital in Taylor, Mich.
Ryan is the son of Ron and Vicky Ziesmer of Dundee. He is a graduate of Dundee High School and earned an associate’s degree in computer networking from the University of Toledo. He is employed as a telecommunications specialist at AT&T in Ann Arbor, Mich.
A reception followed the ceremony at Old Mill Banquet Hall. Joe and Julie Kauffman, uncle and aunt of the bride, and John and Lisa Ziesmer, uncle and aunt of the groom, served as hosts at the reception.
The couple took a honeymoon trip to Key West, Fla., and have made their home in Dundee.
