Judy Borland Trumper died April 12 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was a Fort Bragg, Calif., resident of 30 years and attended Calvary Chapel.
She was born in Toledo, Ohio, the daughter of John and Donna Borland. Judy loved to travel, visiting all 50 states plus Japan, Europe, Mexico and South America. Her Ohio friends and family were very important to her and she visited several times a year.
Judy is survived by her husband, Tom Trumper of Fort Bragg; sons, Gary (and Charmaine) Trumper, Thomas John (and Amber) Trumper, and daughter, Autumn (and Adam) Bremer; grandchildren, Brett and Evan Trumper, Ethan and Lily Trumper, and Christopher and Emmet Bremer; sisters, Barbara Steiner-Zehender of Morenci, and Linda Boger and Diana Seidel, both of Lyons.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sharon Lakatos and three brothers, Johnny, Bobby and Roger Borland.
A memorial was held at Calvary Chapel on April 15. A celebration of Judy’s life will is planned at 1 p.m. July 1 at the Borland family farm in Lyons.
