Myron C. Clark, 88, of Hudson, Mich., died Dec. 22, 2016, at Hillsdale Community Health Center.
Born June 7, 1928, in Alvordton, Ohio, he was a son of the late Clifford and Mazie (Douglas) Clark. He married Betty Jean Alten on Nov. 12, 1949, in Clayton, Mich., and she survives.
Myron graduated from Hudson High School in 1948, and was a lifelong Hudson area resident. He worked as a utility lineman for Consumers Energy for 43 years, and retired in 1997. An avid outdoorsman, Myron enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping and flying. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Medina.
In addition to his wife, Myron is survived by children Roger (and Shirley) Clark of Hudson, Daniel (and Teresa) Clark of Pittsford, Mich., and Linda Mason of Hudson; a sister, Vedetta Crater of Hudson; eight grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Scott Clark; sister, Ilene Mills; and three brothers, DeWayne, Maurice and Douglas Clark.
Funeral services are planned at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, at Eagle Funeral Home in Hudson, with Rev. Douglas Plunkett officiating. Interment will take place at Prattville Cemetery at a later date. Visitation is scheduled from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
