Thelma Munsell, 92, formerly of Morenci, Mich., died July 24, 2014, in Bowling Green, Ohio.
She was born Dec. 25, 1921, to the late Lawrence and Lela (Cisco) Zimmerman. She and her late husband, Dale Munsell, lived on a farm near Morenci for 40 years.
Thelma was a graduate of Cleary College in Ypsilanti, Mich., and worked at M & S Manufacturing in Hudson, Mich., for several years.
She is survived by one son, Paul (and Denise) Munsell of Indianapolis, Ind.; grandchildren, Christina Munsell, Rachel (and Carlos) Munsell-Freitas, and great grandson, Lucas; April (and Jordan) Munsell-Congdon of San Diego, Calif.; two daughters, Charlotte (and Terry) Ringer of Perrysburg, Ohio; Sheila (and Patrick) Speicher of Bowling Green, Ohio, grandchildren, Brad (and Melissa) Whitehouse and their children Walker, Oscar, William; Scott (and Jessica) Whitehouse and their children Nora and Maren; one sister, Phyllis (and Richard) McCloe of Brooklyn, Mich.
Funeral services are planned at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 3, at the Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian, with Rev. Tom Duff officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Morenci. Visitation is scheduled from noon until 1:45 p.m. Sunday at Anderson Funeral Home.
