Louise I. Rupp, 84, of Pettisville, Ohio, died May 7, 2008, at the Fulton County Health Center in Wauseon, Ohio.

Louise was born Sept. 28, 1923, near Delta, Ohio, the daughter of the late Clarence and the late Myrtle (Toms) Murry. On Dec. 20, 1944, she married Lester Rupp and he preceded her in death in 1998.

She was a lifelong homemaker and also worked for many years in the fabric department of the former Waldeck's Department Store in Wauseon.

Louise was a member of Crossroads Evangelical Church in Wauseon where she was active in the Ladies Aid for many years. She served as a volunteer at Sauder Farm and Craft Village and Care and Share in Archbold, Ohio, for many years.

Surviving are two sons, Alan L. (and Jo Ann) Rupp of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Neil E. (and Janna) Rupp of Perrysburg, Ohio; two daughters, Carma J. Rupp of Pettisville and Wanda L. (and Doug) Nafziger of Archbold; grandchildren, Sara Rupp, Laura Rupp, Mindy (and Jason) Hutchins, and Emily (and Nathan) Wiebracht; great-grandchildren, Brenna and Aubrey Hutchins; and two brothers, Charles E. (and Jane) Murry and Cecil R. (and Pat) Murry, both of Wauseon.

Funeral services are scheduled at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 10, at the Crossroads Evangelical Church in Wauseon, with Pastor Matt Boyers officiating. Interment will follow in the Pettisville Cemetery.

Visitation is planned from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 1 p.m. until service time on Saturday at the Crossroads Evangelical Church. The family requests memorial contributions to either the Crossroads Chapel Fund or Miracle Camp.
