Lumbrezer joins DGL

A Lyons resident has joined a Maumee engineering firm to serve as survey manager.

DGL Consulting Engineers, LLC, has hired R. J. Lumbrezer, P.S. Lumbrezer is a former employee of the Ohio Department of Transportation’s District II Office. He brings 27 years of experi­ence in professional surveying and right-of-way design to DGL.

“We are excited that R. J. has joined DGL,” said Stephen Way, PE, Principal and Managing Director of DGL. “His background includes both field and management experience as well as construction layout for private companies and public agencies, and this expertise strengthens the surveying services we currently provide to our clients.”

Former Principal Kenneth E. Ducat, PS, who led DGL’s surveying division for numerous years, continues to work on a part-time basis.

Lumbrezer attended the University of Toledo and the University of Akron. He is licensed as a pofessional surveyor in the State of Ohio and is certified by ODOT as a Right-of-Way Designer. Lumbrezer has been a member of the Royalton Township Board of Trustees since 2001, and served as vice president and president of the Fulton County Township Association. In 2012, he was re-elected to the Board of Directors of the Ohio Township Association.
