New ticket policy at Fayette Opera House 2012.09.05

Posted in 2012 September

The Fayette Arts Council has announced changes to its ticket policy for the 2012-13 Opera House performance season.

This year, while both artist series retain their autonomy, a single “Passport Season Pass” will be honored at the Opera House Box Office for programs in both the Fayette Artist and Glasgow Reed Organ Series.

The Arts Council retired the “Family Pass” in favor of the more flexible Fayette Opera House Passport Season Pass. Passport 2012-13 ticket holders may choose to purchase a three program, five program, or an eight program series pass for the programs offered at Fayette’s historic Opera House.

The new pass offers greater flexibility to patrons whose busy schedules may prevent them from enjoying all eight concert opportunities. It also gives season series ticket holders the opportunity to blend programs from each series into an entertainment package that suits their specific tastes.  In addition, the new pass also offers value and savings of 20 percent or more over the cost of general admission tickets at the box office door.

General admission tickets for the 2012-13 programs will cost $12 at the door for adults (age 22-59) and $10 for Senior Citizens (age 60 and over) and students (age 13-22). Children age 12 and under will be admitted free when accompanied by an adult ticket or pass holder.

Tickets may be purchased for groups of 15 or more by calling the box office.

For season pass information or information about any of the activities sponsored by the Fayette Arts Council, call 419/237-3111 and leave a message, or speak with any Fayette Arts Council member.
