Fayette library sets Wii day 04.14.10

Posted in 2010 April

There’ll be beach volleyball Saturday morning at Fayette’s library. And archery and go-kart racing and basketball and lots more.

Children in grades kindergarten through sixth grade can take advantage of a grant the library received with the school. Wii game equipment was purchased through the Twenty First Century grant which has enabled the library to open for Saturday morning activities. Saturday hours were eliminated due to funding cuts, but several were restored through the grant.

The morning of Wii games is scheduled from 10 a.m. until noon Saturday.

The library will also be open on the morning of April 24.
