Collin Fletcher, 14, of Morenci, Mich., died Thursday, Oct. 14, 2010, in Fairfield Township, Mich.
He was born Jan. 17, 1996, in Adrian, Mich., the son of Duane and Kelly (Williams) Fletcher.
Collin lived in the Morenci area all of his life and was an eighth grader at Morenci Middle School. He was a boy that always wore a smile and never got angry. He enjoyed sports and was an avid hunter.
Survivors include his parents; two sisters, Chelsey and Courtney, at home; a brother, Trevor, at home; grandparents, Charles Fletcher of Harrison, Mich., and Jr. and JoAnn Williams of Wauseon, Ohio.
Collin was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Fletcher.
A graveside service is planned at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 19, at Oak Grove Cemetery in Morenci. A celebration of Collin’s life will follow the graveside service at 2:30 p.m. at the Morenci Area High School gymnasium, with Rev. Jim Yatzek officiating. Visitation is scheduled from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Morenci Bible Fellowship Church.
Memorial contributions are suggested to a fund set up at the Morenci branch of United Bank & Trust.
Funeral arrangements were made through the Eagle Funeral Home-Charles Fink Chapel in Morenci.
