Henry Baldwin, 78, of Lyons, Ohio, died Feb. 20, 2010, at Fairlawn Haven in Archbold, Ohio.
He was born Feb. 6, 1932, in Delta, Ohio, the son of Milferd and Anna (Raker) Baldwin. On Aug. 29, 1954, in Montpelier, Ohio, he married Shirley O'Brien and she survives.
Hank lived in Fulton County most all of his life. He served in the U.S. Marines during the Korean War. Hank was a union carpenter working out of Local #1138 in Toledo, Ohio, from where he retired in 1994.
Besides his wife, Hank is survived by a daughter, Katrinka (and Joe) Dominique of Lyons; two sons, Laurence Baldwin of Seffner, Fla., and Todd (and Cathy) Baldwin of Toledo, Ohio; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a brother, Milferd Baldwin of West Unity, Ohio.
Hank was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Cora Mae Secondcost and Mary Lou Topps; and five brothers, Fred in infancy, Charles, Richard, Donald and Wayne Baldwin.
Funeral services are planned at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24, at the Eagle Funeral Home-Charles Fink Chapel in Morenci, with Rev. Floyd Vincent officiating. Visitation is scheduled from 3 until 8 p.m. Tuesday.
