Fulton Big Brothers Big Sisters seeks mentors 01.26.2011

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern Ohio is on a mission to find 60 mentors in 60 days.

Sixty caring adults are needed to befriend children in Fulton, Lucas, Williams and Wood counties. A few hours each week to talk, play a game, or just spend time with a child can make a difference in the life of that child.

Mentored children are more likely to stay drug and alcohol free and stay in school. They perform better in school, have improved relationships with their families, and have increased self-esteem and self-confidence levels.

To volunteer as a mentor, call Big Brothers Big Sisters of NW Ohio at 419/337-9208.
