"Christmas in Fayette" planned 11.19.08

Fayette’s annual Christmas program will move outside this year.

“Christmas in Fayette” will take place on the Village Green from 5 to 7 p.m. Dec. 6.

A live nativity scene with animals will set up Santa Claus will meet with children at the old ticket booth on the Green.

Christmas carolers will perform and a Christmas tree lighting ceremony is planned.

Inside the Opera House, Parkers Corners gift shop will be opened and refreshments will be served.

The event is sponsored by the Fayette Area Chamber of Commerce.
