Don’t just listen to a talk about massage. Have a seat and get treated to a chair massage at Fayette’s Normal Memorial Library.

The class for April features certified massage therapist Tara Conklin who will speak about her profession and also give participants a few minutes of work on the neck, shoulders and upper back while they sit in a special massage chair.

After finishing her training, Conklin opened a massage clinic in downtown Fayette and offers a variety of services.

She will answer questions about therapeutic massage during the class.

Conklin’s presentation is scheduled at 6:30 p.m. April 15. The cost of the class is $5. Call the library or stop at the circulation desk to register.
