Clark, James "Bill"
He was born Oct. 21, 1927 in Warsaw, Ind., the son of Fred and Myrtle (King) Clark. He married Reva Miner on Oct. 2, 1948 in Angola, Ind., and she survives.
Bill was a lifelong Morenci area resident. He was employed as a tool and die maker at General Motors prior to retirement. He was a member of the Morenci First Congregational Church, Eastern Star, Masonic Lodge #95 and the Morenci Legion Post #368. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Besides his wife, Bill is survived by a daughter, Valerie (and David) Milliman of Manitou Beach; two sons, Jim (and Diana) Clark of Manitou Beach and Jon (and Cathy) Clark of Morenci; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Dorothy Dunten of Morenci and Evelyn Stites of Fayette, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Richard and Samuel.
Memorial services are planned at 2 p.m. April 22 at Morenci First Congregational Church with Rev. Brad Heiple officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Morenci.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
Arrangements were handled by Eagle Funeral Home-Charles Fink Chapel in Morenci.
