Dana Marie Joughin and Clayton George Sims have announced their engagement.

Dana is the daughter of Dan and Carrie Joughin of Morenci. She is a 2009 Morenci Area High School graduate and is pursuing a nursing degree at Baker College in Cadillac.

Clayton is the son of Valerie Samuels and Robert Sims of Reed City, Mich. He graduated from Reed City High School and earned a bachelor of arts degree from Alma College. He currently teaches special education at Reed City High School and is pursuing a master’s degree from Ferris State University.

The couple is planning a March 10 wedding in Reed City.
