Fayette man sentenced for assault 05.04.2011
A Fayette man pled guilty in Fulton County Common Pleas Court last month to aggravated assault.
Trey Reynolds, 18, of County Road 23, Fayette, pled guilty to an assault that occurred Aug. 1, 2010. Reynolds was charged with causing or attempting to cause physical harm to an Archbold man by means of a deadly weapon.
Judge James Barber sentenced Reynolds to three years of community service and ordered him to remain in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio until July 16, 2011. He must successfully complete treatment at Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio; have no contact with the victim or immediate family members; stay out of bars and taverns; possess no alcohol; and pay a $250 fine.
Failure to comply could result in a 12-month prison sentence.
