“Parenting Young Children” is planned for parents of children from birth to 12 years old. The 12-week series is scheduled from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursdays beginning May 7 and concluding June 11.

The class will meet at the Fulton County Board of Developmental Disabilities and Cheryl Barber Spires, Ohio State University Extension, will lead the workshop.

Anyone interested in learning more about redirection, active listening, setting limits, applying consistent consequences, controlling obnoxious behavior, encouraging good behavior, and strengthening relationships, is encouraged to attend. Registration is required and child care will be available.

Many Fulton County parents may participate at no cost due to grant funding, and others may register for a fee.
