Sixty-one Morenci Area High School seniors are expected to receive diplomas Sunday afternoon during commencement exercises in the school gymnasium.

The topping the list of the Class of 2008 is valedictorian Kelby Allen and salutatorian Keri Frost.

Frost will present her address at 2 p.m. Sunday at the baccalaureate program at the United Methodist Church. Special memories will be presented by Emylee VanWieren. Eighth grade letters will be read by Chelsea Arquette, Josiah Fallot, Dillon Kunkle and Rachael Rutkowski.

At the 4 p.m. commencement, Frost—who also serves as class treasurer—will offer a greeting to guests. Larissa Allen will present the class president’s address, followed by the valedictory address by Kelby Allen.

Class vice president Patricia Black will present the farewell before the new graduates leave the gymnasium.
