From this week's State Line Observer:
EDITOR’S NOTE: My wife convinced me to accompany her to New York City last week where she attended two conferences. She learned upon arriving that she was Michigan’s sole representative to the “Picturing America” conference. Since I was gone for five days, there are some holes to fill in this week’s paper, including the front page photograph. Here’s a photo of a segment of the Berlin Wall, almost hidden in small Paley Park on 53rd Street between Madison Avenue and Fifth Avenue.
