As a fiscal conservative, I am responding to a recent letter entitled "No more mention of Maddow, please.” I generally do not subscribe to her viewpoints, either, and have a very different vision of where our country should be heading. I am quite dismayed that Pres. Obama won.

However, I do not agree with your characterization of Mr. Green.  Mr. Green is no bully nor is he anyone's parrot.  He has a pulpit, no doubt. After all, expressing his opinion on the Editorial Page is his prerogative as editor.
