Among the many, many interesting segments on Ira Glass’s “This American Life,” this is one of my favorites: David Rakoff demonstrating—in rhyme—how to make a wedding toast for people you never wanted to see married in the first place. So excellent. The link to stream the episode is here. The poem begins at about 35 minutes and 39 seconds into the show.
