		<description><![CDATA[Ding, ding, ding! Agreeing on the second point is most appropriate, contrarian. In point of fact (not even inference), the bill was one of the more unfortunate decisions made by the previous administration. If you were a senior citizen of modest or not-so-modest means, you would better understand the utter chaos and confusion this decision caused. And that damned doughnut hole clause was not only stupid but downright devious. No one benefited except the insurance companies, but of course, that was the intent.
