An Ohio State University freshman was handcuffed and arrested while taking photographs of police officers rounding up escaped cows on campus. He says he was on public property; the police say it’s a case of criminal trespassing. The college newspaper advisor says:
find it odd that the university has the resources to pursue prosecution of a student who hasn’t done anything wrong, but it doesn’t have the resources to help defend a student who hasn’t done anything wrong.
I wonder if it’s his red hair.
