Strange sign

I forgot to mention something strange about this sign. Sure it’s strange in the message that it gives. The entire incident was odd. About 35 cattle escaped from Boger’s farm south of Lyons and they’ve had one heckfire of a time tracking them down. Tall corn and nearby woods provide many hiding places. Beef cattle, apparently, aren’t ones to come home at the end of the day. They like it out there outside the barn. Bogers even brought in cowboys on horseback from Cadillac. Now there’s an interesting item I didn’t pursue: Why are there cowboys in Cadillac?

Here’s the photographer speaking about why this is a strange sign. I took a photo, checked the results and noticed that only a few lights were lit here and there. Did it again, same results. It’s looks like a steady message when you look at the sign, but apparently the lights are not all lit concurrently. I slowed down the shutter speed and I got many more of them to show. I slowed it down a little more and got the photo.
