Did anyone spot any meteors last night? I walked a mile on the track and all I got was a stiff neck from looking up while walking.
Grace and I saw a pretty good meteor last night at the drive in, but on “peak night,” Thursday, all I got was mosquito bites.
Correction: All I got WERE mosquito bites.
I happened to be in southern Illinois on Thursday eve and around midnight, I went out on the deck and saw several very small ones in the southeast and maybe 4 or 5 magnificent, long streaks across the overhead sky.
