Much intrigue in the world of English muffins, particularly those wonderful Thomas muffins with the nooks and crannies. It’s a special and secret recipe, of course. I read on Jason Kottke’s website that English muffins were invented in the U.S. and are owned by a Mexican company. The intrigue is here:
