I’m a little late in reporting this, but for readers who aren’t in the area, here’s the deal. The owner of the former Doc Holliday’s restaurant in Wauseon was arrested for arson and insurance fraud. Apparently it took two tries to get the job done. The first fire Jan. 9, 2007 was controlled within the restaurant. The second one in April took a large portion of the downtown with it.
Charles L. Bryan, Jr., of Wauseon was indicted Monday.
