I’m always behind and catching up. Today’s new discovery: Instagram. Here’s a description: “Instagram is an iPhone app that enables the user to snap a photo (or take an existing photo from the phone’s gallery), enhance it with eleven different possible effects, share it on the various social networks, as well as on Instagram itself, which has quickly turned into a social network of its own.”
With that established, there’s a website called Mastergram where famous photographs have been run through Instagram to create something new, for better or for worse. Above, the original Harold Edgerton photo is on the left.
