My very limited survey concludes that free, single-stream curbside recycling is rather slow to catch on in Morenci. Last week I didn’t see any bags of recyclables on the way to work. Tonight on the walk back from the game there were 3 or 4 bags out.

Maybe people are putting their clear recycle bags inside their totes? If the tote is not full of garbage then that keeps the recycles from getting blown around.
