I heard a story this morning about someone from a government office calling Times-Warner to report a telephone outage for someone else. After a l-o-n-g search for someone to speak with, she was told that the company couldn’t legally take the report. The person with the outage must call in to report the outage.
“But their phone is out of service…”
Nice! Gotta love bureaucracy, ‘specially in this example.
