Isobar says he’s confident about the depth of yesterday’s snowstorm: 5.3 inches, with no blowing to mess things up. Saturday’s snowfall wasn’t all that much less than the Tuesday blizzard, but we made it through this one without all the dire warnings. At least I never heard the warnings. Most everyone I spoke with was surprised by all the snow. Maybe this was a stealth storm that didn’t allow the media hype to kick in.
There’s about 15 inches on the ground now, according to Isobar, and it’s nice stuff with mild temperatures. Good playing snow.
