Like most of the individuals currently on his side of the aisle, spouts the same things over and over with absolutely no substantiation whatsoever. This particular situation is a bit different, however. Whereas most of those original birthers have let go of the birth certificate issue, Timmy knows that in Teabagger County, the idea still plays up very well. He’s obviously playing to the crowd–not even taking into consideration how stupid it makes him look.
