That’s quite a photo. Or rather, those are some potatoes. Vicky Frost at the Guardian reviews a few recipes involving three varieties of potatoes. I don’t have the ingredients, such as goose fat, duck fat and lard, but I think I better investigate.

  • Market share: As an ignorant Macintosh user, I didn’t know Internet Explorer was such a popular browser until earlier in the week when I was spoke to a couple of people from India. I guess I assumed IE had sort of dwindled off like Netscape, but when my India helpers spoke about my browser, it was always IE. Here’s a link to the market share of browsers.

    By the way, my one helper had the hardest time saying “provider.” The “v” just doesn’t work. By the way again, it’s generally Firefox that I use.

      I’ve just installed Google’s Chrome browser for a test. The speed is impressive. Too early to tell about the other features yet. Minimum requirements on a Mac are OS 10.5 on an Intel Mac.
