Gas from the toilet

I’ve read a lot about using waste from farm animals to produce gas, but there’s a town in England that’s gone a step further: human waste. The idea was well accepted at first, but residents have come around:

It’s made from something we all produce and it’s renewable. We’re struggling to find sources of energy so we should use whatever we can. I’m definitely a supporter of this.
