Timothy D. Franks, 46, of Napoleon, Ohio, died Tuesday, June 26, 2007, at his home.

He was born June 26, 1961, in Montpelier, Ohio, to Richard E. and June B. (Chapman) Franks.

Surviving Tim is one sister, Patricia (and Alren Dean) Rose of Wauseon, Ohio; four brothers, Richard (and Brenda) Franks of Columbia, Tenn., Floyd (and Brenda) Franks of Wauseon, Ohio, Charles (and Linda) Franks of Fayette, Ohio, and twin brother, Thomas (and Marcia) Franks of Fayette; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Barbara Franks, and one niece, Kendra Rose.

Memorial services are planned at 2 p.m. Friday, June 29, at Eagle Funeral Home in Fayette, with Pastor Jerry Tracy officiating.  Interment will follow in Pleasant View Union Cemetery in Fayette, Ohio.   Visitation is scheduled from 1 p.m. Friday until the service.
