Duane Cross will serve as the new pastor at First Baptist Church of Weston. He will take over the pulpit on Sunday.

Rev. Cross, along with his wife Dee Ann, have served in churches in Traverse City and Nashville, Mich. They both attended Grand Rapids School of the Bible and Music, and in 2004 they earned bachelor degrees in Biblical studies from Frontier School of the Bible.

The couple served as director and asst. director of Camp Selah in Reading, Mich. for 14 years. Rev. Cross also served as Director of Senior Ministries and as youth pastor while in Traverse City.
