Stanley Wayne Head, 73, of Columbus,  Ohio, died March 30, 2006 at his home.

He was born Jan. 16, 1933 in Wauseon, Ohio, the son of Clifford and Amanda (Taylor) Head. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict.

Stanley is survived by a daughter, Michelle (and Michael) Thompson of Columbus; a son, Shawn (and Becca) Head of Delaware; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Katherine Borton and Helen Houston; two brothers, Clifford Head and William Head; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Phyllis Kibee.
