This concerns the safety of the younger children of our fair city who have no showing for the safety of the elderly. I hate to see me driving south on Summit Street and picking up a child from under my car because he never stopped for the crossing.

As I proceed south from Coomer Street I sometimes meet four or more young children crossing in front of my car. They don’t pay any tax to the city and yet they seem to have the freedom of our streets and sidewalks.

Wake up before somebody gets hurt.
