I keep thinking about what happened at the Morenci Area Chamber of Commerce meeting yesterday. It was at the Dari-Ette and meals were being brought to the table as they were prepared. Salads, burgers, fish sandwiches, etc., the usual fare for lunch.

Then the server came in with a gigantic ice cream dish. There must have been three bigs dollops of soft serve on the bottom layer (that’s like a scoop of hard ice cream), two on top of those and one on the very top. It was placed in front of Paul Lay who was a guest at the meeting.

I think everybody else felt a little silly for eating real food when we could have had a good time like Paul was in for. That guy knows how to eat.
